Based on Lisa’s extensive experience, this program will equip service professionals with the personal and professional skills to provide exceptional customer experience, also increasing the ability to upsell.

Lisa and James will guide participants through the whole customer interaction, from before the door opens to the time that the vehicle is collected. Using their experience of customer service, sharing insights that ensures customers have a relaxed overall customer experience and leave with a good impression, ensuring that new customers are converted to repeat customers.

James will provide simple techniques for Service Advisors to upsell within transactions for a greater return for the individual, Department and therefore the Company.

In addition to training, Lisa and James offer assessments of the operations of the Service Department.
